Storm Damage Roof Repair
Hail, wind, ice, and tree-limb damage specialists. We inspect the roof, photograph visible damage, and provide contractor documentation for an accurate repair or replacement scope. Nashville Roof is a licensed roofing contractor, not a public adjuster.
What you actually get
Storm Specialists
Hail, wind, ice, and tree-limb damage are different from age-related wear - and require a different documentation approach.
Comprehensive Documentation
Every slope photographed and annotated - visible hail impacts, wind creases, lifted shingles, and ancillary damage.
On-Site Adjuster Meetings
When requested, we meet your adjuster on-site to explain our contractor repair or replacement scope.
Contractor Scope of Work
Clear written repair or replacement scope with line-item materials and labor - for your records and for repair planning.
Re-Inspection Support
If your initial estimate seems short, we can re-inspect, re-photograph, and provide updated documentation you can share with your carrier.
Code-Aware Documentation
Tennessee building codes require certain upgrades on replacement - we note them in our scope so they are part of the conversation.

Questions homeowners ask
How do I know if I have storm damage I can't see?
Hail damage is rarely visible from the ground - it shows up as soft bruises on shingles, dented gutters, dented downspouts, dented AC fins, and granule loss in gutters and downspouts. Wind damage shows up as creases on shingle tabs, lifted shingles, or missing tabs. We will inspect for free and tell you honestly whether you have a claim.
Will filing a claim raise my insurance rates?
Property/casualty claims for storm damage typically do not raise rates the way auto claims do, because storm damage is not your fault. That said, rates can rise across an entire zip code after a major storm event regardless of whether you file. We are happy to discuss this with you before you file.
What if my claim gets denied?
You can request a re-inspection with your carrier and provide updated documentation. We can re-photograph the roof, re-document visible damage, and provide contractor materials you can share with your carrier. We do not charge for this re-documentation. Final claim decisions are made by your insurance carrier, not by us.
How much will this cost me?
If a claim is approved, your only cost is your insurance deductible. We can bill the insurance carrier directly for the rest of the approved scope - per Tennessee law, contractors cannot waive your deductible (and anyone who promises to is breaking the law).
How fast does this all happen?
Inspection: 24-48 hours. Claim filing: 1-7 days. Adjuster meeting: 1-3 weeks (depends on storm volume in your area). Replacement: 2-4 weeks after approval. Total: typically 4-8 weeks from storm to new roof.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a fully licensed Tennessee roofing contractor carrying general liability and worker's compensation. We provide certificates on request before any work begins.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with multiple lenders to offer 0% intro and long-term financing on roof replacements, repairs, and metal systems. We can pre-qualify you in minutes with a soft credit pull.
How fast can you get someone on my roof?
Most inspections and repair quotes happen within 24-48 hours. Storm response windows are even tighter when conditions allow.
Why should I choose Nashville Roof over a national chain?
We live and work in Middle Tennessee. Our owners answer the phone, our trained roofing crews honor every workmanship warranty in person, with certificates of insurance available on request. National chains pass you through call centers and use traveling sub-crews.
