How long does the inspection take?|30-60 minutes on average. Larger or steep-pitch homes can take longer. We work around your schedule and you do not need to be home, but most homeowners prefer to be present so we can walk through findings.
Do I need to be home?|No – we just need access to the property and the attic if applicable. We deliver findings by email and phone afterward. That said, most homeowners want to be there for the walkthrough.
